Initial Appointment
The initial appointment will involve a deep dive into your medical, psychiatric, medication, and social history that is pertinent to your mental health journey. Along with a discussion of any concerns and symptoms you are experiencing. During the appointment, you may be presented with questionnaires that will help the provider to better understand and diagnose the symptoms you are presenting.
Follow up and Medication Management
Follow-up visits are used to manage and adjust medications as needed, discuss any new changes, and ensure that patients are benefiting from their treatment plan. Through these visits, we can look deeper into the diagnosis so that the patient has a better understanding.
